Mike Kelton, a local entrepreneur and original Sweet Paris Strategic Partner, owns the Bridgeland location. Kelton, who also operates Sweet Paris locations in Austin and The Woodlands, transitioned from a 32-year career in the wine and spirits industry to pursue his passion for cooking with the brand. Since opening his first Sweet Paris in 2018, he has emphasized team development and customer service, achieving high employee retention and guest satisfaction.
