The restaurant specializes in sweet and savory crêpes, waffles, salads, paninis, and hot drinks, bringing French-inspired cuisine to one of Houston's dynamic communities at 20240 Summit Point Crossing, Suite 150.

Mike Kelton, a local entrepreneur and original Sweet Paris Strategic Partner, owns the Bridgeland location. Kelton, who also operates Sweet Paris locations in Austin and The Woodlands, transitioned from a 32-year career in the wine and spirits industry to pursue his passion for cooking with the brand. Since opening his first Sweet Paris in 2018, he has emphasized team development and customer service, achieving high employee retention and guest satisfaction.

This expansion represents significant economic growth for both the Bridgeland community and the broader Texas restaurant industry. Kelton stated, "This new location is more than just a business, it's a way to be part of something bigger. Bringing Sweet Paris to Bridgeland gives me the opportunity to be involved in a community I care about, support local youth programs and nonprofits, and create a place where families and friends can come together and enjoy an incredible meal."

The growth trajectory for Sweet Paris continues with 36 additional units in development across Texas, Florida, Minnesota, Arizona, Tennessee, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Arkansas, Alabama, and Missouri. This expansion signals confidence in the restaurant sector's recovery and growth potential across multiple markets. Allison Chavez, CEO and Co-founder of Sweet Paris, highlighted the significance of the Houston market, saying, "The Houston area has always held a special place for us—it's where Sweet Paris was born, and we've seen incredible growth here. We're beyond excited to open our eighth location here and continue sharing our passion with even more Houstonians."

For customers seeking to engage with the brand, digital platforms including the Sweet Paris App and Sweet Paris Passport loyalty program offer exclusive promotions, birthday bonuses, and rewards. The Bridgeland location operates Sunday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Additional information is available at https://www.sweetparis.com.

The continued expansion of Sweet Paris demonstrates the resilience and growth potential of Texas-based restaurant concepts, creating jobs, supporting local communities, and contributing to the state's economic vitality.
